We are currently looking for an experienced Chef with general knowledge in Japanese cuisine.
You need to be passionate about learning and developing new skills, you will also
manage your own section with our support.
The ideal Chef will have:

- Previous experience in cooking Japanese cuisine (hot kitchen and sushi)
- Ability to demonstrate Japanese sushi preparation skills, especially skills in cutting fish
- Quick learner, reliable and trustworthy individual.
- Quick thinking, can handle pressure, desire to learn new skills and cooking techniques
- Be able to demonstrate creativity and flair, having excellent attention to detail
- To control stock in order to minimize food waste and produce high quality food
- You must to be able to immediately start working split shifts
